Account and Contact Information:name, company name, email address, role or title, billing contact information, and other contact details you provide.
Payment and Billing Information:subscription plan information, invoices, refunds, payment status, billing history, and limited payment metadata from our payment processor, such as card brand, last four digits, and expiration date. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Project and Service Information:design briefs, website project briefs, instructions, messages, approvals, revision requests, maintenance requests, support requests, uploaded files, brand assets, logos, fonts, images, videos, copy, product or service information, business information, examples, references, and other materials you provide for us to perform the Services.
Website and Technical Information:domain names, DNS-related information, hosting setup information, deployment information, website files, code files, configuration details, diagnostic information, technical logs, form setup details, and information needed to build, launch, host, troubleshoot, maintain, or transfer websites.
Account Access and Credentials:login credentials, access permissions, API keys, account invitations, authorization tokens, or other access information you choose to provide so we can perform the Services. You should not provide unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Client Websites and Website Visitor Data
DesignCloth may build, host, maintain, troubleshoot, or otherwise support websites for clients.
For websites we build, host, or maintain for clients, the client is responsible for its own privacy policy, cookie notices, legal disclosures, consent mechanisms, and handling of its website visitor data.
DesignCloth may access or process technical, operational, or visitor-related data from a client website only as needed to provide website design, launch, hosting, maintenance, troubleshooting, support, transfer, or related services.
Depending on the context, DesignCloth may act as a service provider or processor for personal information handled on behalf of a client through a client website. For DesignCloth’s own website, portal, billing, marketing, and client relationship, DesignCloth generally acts as the business or controller.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their websites, forms, analytics, cookies, e-commerce tools, privacy policies, terms, disclosures, and customer data practices comply with applicable laws.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate, improve, analyze, and secure the Services. Categories may include:

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Design files, project files, website files, briefs, approvals, messages, and support records may be retained while services are active and for a reasonable period after completion, cancellation, or account closure.
Website maintenance and hosting records may be retained while the maintenance or hosting plan is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
Backup copies may remain in secure backups for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted according to normal backup practices.
We may retain information longer where required to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect our legal rights.
